Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organisation running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Working with the Talent Team, you’ll help develop and execute our people strategy, which provides the programs, measures and tools that help our EY member firms' employees achieve their goals. You might develop and implement strategies for performance management, leadership development, learning, training tools, compensation, recruiting, new joiner orientation, reporting processes or other initiatives.

Responsibilities :
- Collect information on the number of candidates to hire from Recruitment Head
- Build applicants database through:
- Universities
- Printed media
- Online/internet media
- Providing organization overview and benefits
- Presentations
- Maintain job advertisement posting (Online/Printed Media)
- Review and shortlist the applicants
- Conduct Interview
- Assess candidates based on the test result scores (mark up to 5 tests per day)
- Assess candidates by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with service line managers
- Recruit chosen candidate
- Ensure all documents required by the Firm are complete & submit them to People Transaction
- Maintain email correspondence with applicants at Indonesia Recruitment and Taleo
- Maintain weekly and monthly recruitment tracking report
- Develop strong working relationships with key business champions and hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Update job and market knowledge (People Development) by:
- Participating in educational opportunities
- Reading professionals publications
- Maintaining personal networks
- Participating in professional organization
Requirements & Skill Abilities :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Business Administration (Human Resource concentration) from reputable university with GPA > 3.00
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Understands how to implement policies and procedures
- Good understanding of basic employment regulation and HR Policies
- Good communication in English verbal and written
- Expected qualitative and quantitative performance result
- Meet the request of new hires in a timely manner
- Recruit reliable and stable employees by conducting interviews and tests
- Send memo new hire with accuracy and in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate reporting in a timely manner
- Maintain good relationship with universities/agencies
- Excellent Communication
- Able to work in a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good analytical thinking and initiative
- Detail oriented and good filing skill
