The Opportunity: You will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through their governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) strategies. We expect you to provide a unique perspective on how to navigate complex regulatory environments and enhance organizational resilience. This area is characterized by high growth and visibility, offering numerous opportunities for skill enhancement and career development.

 

Your Key Responsibilities: You will collaborate with a diverse range of clients and colleagues to deliver the latest trends, practices, technologies, and frameworks. Your focus will be on designing governance structures, establishing oversight bodies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum bachelor’s degree in Legal, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Informatics Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in data privacy.
  • Experience in at least 1 project related to the Personal Data Protection Law, GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), ISO 27701 (Privacy Information Governance), and/or ISO 27018 (Protection of Personal Data in Cloud Computing Environments).
  • Experience in at least 1 project designing governance structures for digital ID projects, including the establishment of oversight bodies and compliance committees. The expert must have provided advisory or consulting services for national identity and digital ID programs.
