Join Our SAP HCM Consulting Team (Manager Level)

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our SAP Consultant – SAP HCM (Manager level) team, focusing on HR digital transformation, SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors solutions.

Core Focus Areas:

• SAP HCM (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll)
• SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Performance, Recruiting, Learning)
• HR transformation & cloud migration initiatives
• Integration of SAP HR systems with enterprise platforms
• Workforce analytics and HR technology innovation

Main Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HRIS, or related field
•  6–12+ years (Manager) of SAP HCM / SAP HR experience
• Strong experience in SAP HCM implementation, support, or transformation projects
• Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes and best practices
• Prior consulting experience is highly preferred
• Exposure to SuccessFactors and HR cloud transformation is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP HCM / SuccessFactors implementation and transformation programs
• Manage project delivery, timelines, budget, and quality
• Act as primary client advisor, building strong relationships with stakeholders
• Lead workshops, solution design, and architecture discussions
• Drive business development, including proposal support and client presentations
• Mentor and lead teams, ensuring high performance and professional growth

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Deep expertise in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors solutions
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workforce transformation
• Proven ability to deliver medium to large-scale SAP HR projects

• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and client engagements
• Experience in project governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify business opportunities
