Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable overseas and local universities, majoring in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 or equivalent
- 1-2 years of related working experience, preferably in:
- Management Consulting,
- IT Consulting,
- Big-4 firms,
- Banking, or
- Insurance
- Has exposure to work/project in financial services industry
- Fluency in English both written and verbal is mandatory
- Comfortable with working in fast-paced environment
- Confident in communication skill, both in terms of interpersonal and public speaking
- Strong leadership and teamwork across countries collaboration
- Strong project management with multiple projects and diverse team members
- Knowledge of project management with agile, traditional and hybrid methodologies
- Comfortable with working in fast-paced environment
- Solid analytical skills
- Have risk certification(s) will be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Key responsibilities will include mobilizing and overseeing the end-to-end delivery of risk management and regulatory change related advisory engagements.
- Driving the development of new propositions and contributing towards the development of the broader staff complement in terms of risk management skills.
- Identifying the impact of risk related regulatory change and supporting clients to adapt to the challenges the new regulatory landscape presents.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and plans
- Conduct risk assessments, including reviewing internal controls and identifying potential areas of exposure
- Work closely with mid-to senior-level stakeholders to provide status updates and progress reports on project deliverables.
- Set up project plan including budget and resource allocation, manage and track project economics in accordance with the approved pricing parameters.
- Take responsibility for management of project teams and will mentor team members to help them in their career progression.
- Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and publications in response to market demands.
- Acting as a deep risk management 'subject matter role'.
- Relationship building and networking with clients and internally across EY
- Lead teams to deliver impact to clients through the project by using a business-oriented mindset and use data-driven solutions to drive transformation agenda and achieve results.
- Develop high-performing teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities and recognize them for the impact that they make.
