HRIS Functional Consultant (Darwinbox Experience)

Job Description:

• Collaborate with customer HR to identify business needs and requirements.
• Work with the team to do the migration plan and provide the data related to business needs.
• Map business needs and system capabilities. Provide system solutions, work around to meet business needs.
• Conduct system configuration, demos, user acceptance testing, system integration testing, and key user training.
• Mantaining and support to client includes technical advice, creating reports, data analysis and correction.
• Prepare project deliverable such as : system solution design, and user guide.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field (GPA ≥ 3.20).
• At least have 5 years of work experience in implementing and managing HRIS systems.

  - Recuitment
• Possesses good English language proficiency.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language is a must.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Having excellent interpersonal and teamwork skill.
