Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organisation running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Job Descriptions :

 

  1. Proper understanding of the Firm's service lines and profesional services; understanding unique competencies and skills required
  2. Managing relationships with business leaders ably co-formulating recruitment plans and sourcing strategy
  3. Incisive analysis of market supply situation relevant to workable recruitment and sourcing plans
  4. Develop strategic recruitment initiatives
  5. Evaluate recruitment process to drive process improvement
  6. Consult with top management and provide daily HR guidance
  7. Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
  8. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  9. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  10. Provide HR policy guidance
  11. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  12. Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  13. Evaluate training programs
  14. Suggest new HR strategies
  15. Maintain relationships with EY Area/Region HR counterparts particularly in compliance and cooperation with programs driven by the Area/Region
  16. Establish and maintain appropriate recruitment performance measurement and reporting to ensure proper management of recruiting operations


 

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At minimum 10 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Strong leadership
  • Good analytical thinking & problem solving
  • Excellent Communication
  • Able to work in a team
  • Ability to work under pressure
