The Opportunity

As an EPM OneStream Consultant, you will play a key role in helping organizations transform their planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and enterprise performance management (EPM) capabilities through OneStream solutions. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to design and implement planning and reporting solutions that improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement OneStream models to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial close and consolidation processes.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating complex business needs into scalable OneStream solutions.
• Configure and maintain OneStream modules, lists, dashboards, UX pages, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Develop and support integrations between OneStream and enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or other ERP solutions.
• Perform solution testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with finance, business, and technology stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation activities.
• Contribute to solution architecture, client workshops, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Apply OneStream and EPM best practices to ensure scalable, sustainable, and high-performing solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability-building within the practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in OneStream implementation, support, or development projects.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Hands-on experience with:
• OneStream solution design and build  
• Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
• Model Optimization and Performance Tuning
• Experience integrating OneStream with enterprise applications and data sources.
• Knowledge of financial modeling, management reporting, financial planning, and consolidation concepts.
• Familiarity with SQL, ETL processes, APIs, and data integration methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in consulting environments is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• OneStream Certified Associate (OCA)
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP)
• OneStream Certified Specialist (OCS)
• Experience with SAP, Oracle EPM, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Anaplan, Hyperion, or other planning platforms.
• Exposure to Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
