Do you have what we are looking for?

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Management, or Business Administrative with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from an accredited college/university.
- Fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of professional experience, preferably with an internship background at a reputable accounting firm.
- Capable to perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels of professionalism.
- Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to work in an environment where compliance with processes and procedures is paramount
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
- Self-driven, motivated, and capable of collaborative teamwork.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
What will you do?
- Manage office operations, including handling correspondence and regular administration activity.
- Handle data entry, filing, and document management with attention to detail.
- Maintain open lines of communication, providing regular updates on progress to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
