CBS - Tax Assistant Director (non-client serving)

Whether your expertise is in Finance, Talent, Procurement, Risk Management, Brand, Marketing & Communications, Business Development, Technology, or another enabling function, you will play an important role in helping EY achieve its purpose of building a better working world

As a CBS Tax Assistant Director, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, contribute to strategic initiatives, and make a meaningful impact on our business and the people we serve.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Brevet A & B certification (Brevet C or equivalent is a plus).
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in taxation, including managerial or supervisory roles.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
• Proven experience in tax compliance and tax audit handling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with the capacity to manage and develop a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting or tax software.
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
