CBS - Asset Management Supervising Associate

Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Asset Management, Information Technology, Talent, Legal, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, and Risk Management.

Join our Asset Management Team and you will support the firm in running the business and daily operations by controlling the office’s assets condition and preparing the assets to Users. Job Description

• Managing a team
• Managing the office assets condition
• Tracking the office assets position
• Preparing computer/office assets for user 
• Preparing daily and monthly report of assets status and condition
• Calculating the number of asset to be purchased
• Analyzing of data asset for purchasing process: price comparison, selecting various items from outside resources

Requirements 

• Experience 5 years in Asset Management or similar area
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), System Information, or Management
• Must be competent in Ms. Office
• Fast leaner and detail oriented
• Has analytical capabilities
