Job description
As part of our FAAS team, you will play a key role in helping clients navigate complex accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory challenges. You will deliver insights and solutions that strengthen their control functions, increase transparency, and support compliance reporting. Working as a trusted advisor, our FAAS professionals combine deep technical expertise with practical business experience to help clients adapt and thrive in an ever-changing economic and regulatory environment.
What we're looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.20 from an accredited college/university.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, a minimum of one year of experience in a public accounting firm is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an advantage
- Strong technical knowledge, with a focus on PSAK and IFRS, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- High intellectual curiosity and a strong willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
What will be your responsibilites?
- Assist new accounting standards to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- Provide advice on complex accounting issues.
- Participate in merger and acquisition (M&A) activities.
- Assist with initial public offerings (IPO).
- Enhance the financial reporting process.
- Improve financial processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support clients in implementing new accounting standards.
- Help clients strengthen internal controls by understanding accounting standard requirements and designing effective processes.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, including disclosures, and pro forma financial information.
- Support clients with technical accounting and financial closing processes.
- Conduct research and gather information from internal resources to provide valuable insights.
- Advise clients on accounting standards, business objectives and regulatory obligation, and assist in compliance activities.
- Collaborate with audit teams and other service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
