We are seeking for a People Advisory Services Senior Consultant to join our Business Consulting Team with the following qualifications;

 

  • Preferably with 2 or 4 years of experience in the fields of Organization Design, Performance, Wage & Benefits, Talent Management, Culture and Employee Experience, Workforce Analysis, Human Resources Analytics,
  • Preferably has been involved in project-based work and has project experience,
  • Passionate, loves research, has high internal motivation, can take action easily,
  • Able to use Excel and PowerPoint programs well,
  • Highly follow-up and enjoys producing,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must.
     

 2 - 4 years proven experience mainly in the following areas:

 

  • Talent Strategy and Strategic Workforce Planning,
  • Employee experience, HR transformation,
  • Culture Transformation,
  • Organization Design,
  • Title & Grading Structures,
  • HR Analytics,
  • Performance Management,
  • Compensation & Benefits,
  • HR Digitalization,
  • Change Management.
     

Job Description

 

  • Demonstrate technical competence in our key capabilities and take a practical/business driven approach to solving complex client challenges,
  • Support and lead certain engagement activities from planning through to implementation including identifying and helping manage any potential issues and risks during a client assignment,
  • Influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for any major change initiatives and/or decisions,
  • Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and delivering presentations for potential clients.
