Talent Acquisition Associate
We are seeking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Talent team to support Core Business services
Your key responsibilities
· Execute the corporate recruitment strategy to ensure to attract and retain the best candidates and increase company reputation as an employer-of-choice,
· Support recruitment team in recruitment process including cv searching and screening,
· Organizing the interviews with Service Lines and following recruitment flow,
· Taking an active role in whole recruitment process,
· Conducting career activities at target universities to increase our brand strength and communicate potential candidates closer,
· Contributing to preparation and execution of all recruitment related projects,
· Periodical reporting of all tasks.
What we look for
· Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s Degree,
· 1+ years of experience in recruitment and employer branding,
· Strong proficiency in MS Office programs including advanced Excel skills,
· English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication,
· Positive and team player personality,
· Have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
