We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our leading Business Consulting – Finance team.

Our Senior Consultants are passionate about leveraging their expertise to drive financial transformation, optimize processes, and enhance strategic decision-making for our clients. They thrive on tackling complex challenges, collaborating with diverse teams, and delivering innovative solutions that make a tangible impact on business performance.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead work streams of finance; formulate high-quality, insightful and sustainable solutions to help clients improve effectiveness and efficiency of their finance organization
• Ensure work efficiency during all engagements by continuously improving processes, utilizing methodologies, tools, and technologies
• Be responsible for parts of the final deliverables for clients
• Contribute to the preparation and facilitation of workshops, presentations and training at client premises and within the team
• Work closely with the project manager, identify and escalate potential risks and issues to project manager along with suggested preventive or mitigating actions
• Contribute to a strong client relationship through effective management of interactions with client personnel
• Supervise and coach junior professionals, help people enhance their contribution and develop their capabilities
• Conduct market research, contribute to the development of proposals, identify and escalate potential business opportunities on existing engagements
• Senior will need to lead teams and manage client interactions for Business Consulting, Finance engagements

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in management and strategy consulting studies or in audit, financial controlling, financial reporting or related fields
• Consultancy know-how is an asset
• Experience in business process design
• Having strong IFRS background is an asset
• Knowledge of SAP solutions and project methodologies is plus
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Programs
• Able to work within transformation teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High proficiency in verbal and written English
• No restrictions for domestic and international travels
