We are looking for Receptionist in İstanbul Office to support our front office operations and ensure a positive experience for our visitors and employees.
Your key responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner and directing them to the appropriate contacts or departments
- Managing incoming phone calls and ensuring they are transferred to the relevant teams or individuals
- Coordinating meeting room reservations and supporting related arrangements
- Managing visitor and guest processes efficiently and ensuring a smooth front office experience
- Providing administrative and operational support to management and relevant departments
- Supporting day-to-day office activities and contributing to an organized and professional workplace environment
What we look for
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a receptionist, front office, administrative support, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish
- Good command of English, with the ability to communicate confidently in a professional environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, positive, and service-oriented approach
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
