We are seeking for a highly motivated Procurement Manager (Assistant Director) to join our Team in İstanbul.

 Your key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities across indirect spend categories, including professional services, facilities, travel, technology, and general corporate services
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational priorities
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and vendor performance programs
• Lead contract negotiations to achieve optimal commercial and service outcomes
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver procurement solutions that create value
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service quality and mitigating operational risks
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor procurement performance through reporting, analytics, and KPI management
• Partner with regional and global procurement teams on strategic initiatives and best practices
• Lead procurement-related projects, transformation efforts, and process improvement initiatives
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning

What We Look For

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or supply chain experience
• Experience leading procurement activities within a professional services, consulting, technology, financial services, or multinational corporate environment
• Demonstrated experience in supplier negotiations and contract management
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships at senior management levels
• Advanced proficiency in English and Turkish.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
