We are seeking for “Assistants/Experienced Assistants” to join our Forensics & Integrity Services (FIS) team in our Istanbul office.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will review financial records, business documents, emails and other sources of information in the context of internal investigations, fraud examinations and corruption-related matters.
  • You will work closely with clients, fraud investigators, internal and external auditors, legal counsel and regulatory authorities in sensitive, high-profile and occasionally adversarial situations.
  • You will assist in conducting interviews, technology-assisted document reviews, forensic analyses, and the preparation of investigation reports and presentations.
  • You will perform data analytics, research activities and investigative procedures in accordance with forensic and fraud investigation standards.
  • You will review and assess policies, procedures and internal controls while supporting fraud risk assessments and compliance reviews.
  • You will coordinate effectively with client representatives and internal teams across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • You will manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment while ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work products.
  • You will take ownership of assigned responsibilities and independently drive tasks from initiation to completion.
  • You will support audit engagements and, where required, contribute to year-end financial audit processes by working closely with audit teams during peak reporting periods.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, Engineering or related disciplines.
  • 0–3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong interest in investigations, compliance, fraud risk management, disputes, arbitrations, internal audit and consulting.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements and corporate reporting is considered a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated interest and experience in utilizing AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot etc.), data analytics solutions and emerging technologies is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • High level of ownership, accountability and professional maturity.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and at times ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to structure unorganized information, identify key issues and develop fact-based conclusions.
  • Curious about business, corporate affairs, economic developments and global current events, with a genuine interest in understanding how organizations operate.
  • Proactive, adaptable and team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Experience with data analytics tools, relational databases and technologies (such as SQL, Microsoft Access or similar platforms) is considered an advantage.
