We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to join our Business Transformation team in Istanbul and Ankara within EY Türkiye Business Consulting.

In this role, you will lead key workstreams within complex and large-scale transformation engagements, play a key role in shaping operating models, organizations, and capabilities; helping clients translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and deliver measurable, sustainable business outcomes.

You will work across our Business Transformation portfolio, including Target Operating Model, Strategic Workforce Planning, Organizational Design, End-to-End Process Design, Sales and Marketing Excellence, Value Creation and Realization, Cost Optimization, and TURQUALITY® advisory. We are looking for professionals who bring experience in one or more of these areas and can collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead defined workstreams within multidisciplinary transformation engagements, from initial diagnosis and analysis through solution design, implementation planning, change enablement, and value realization.
• Structure complex business challenges, conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, and translate findings into practical and actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to the design of transformation solutions covering operating models, processes, organizational capabilities, governance, technology enablement, performance management, and ways of working.
• Translate clients’ strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, business cases, implementation plans, and measurable performance indicators.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure that outputs are insightful, data-driven, implementable, and consistently high quality.
• Identify opportunities to enhance transformation outcomes through AI, automation, analytics, process mining, and digital technologies, collaborating with relevant technology, data and functional specialists to embed these capabilities into to-be operating models.
• Develop effective working relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to executive interviews, workshops, presentations, and design sessions.
• Work closely with project managers to monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and recommend appropriate mitigating actions.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, market research, and go-to-market activities, while identifying potential opportunities arising from ongoing engagements.
• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of junior team members, review their work, and provide timely and constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the development of the team’s transformation offerings, methodologies, tools, and knowledge base.

What we look for

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Statistics, or another relevant discipline. A relevant master’s degree or MBA is an asset.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within management consulting, strategy consulting, business transformation, or a related advisory environment.
• Relevant experience in one or more Business Transformation disciplines, with the ability to understand and connect different dimensions of transformation.
• Experience in owning significant project deliverables or leading defined workstreams within transformation engagements.
• Strong problem-structuring, research, and qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into practical and actionable recommendations.
• Experience contributing to transformation strategies, current-state assessments, operating models, implementation roadmaps, business cases, governance models, or performance frameworks.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with experience contributing to interviews, workshops, presentations, and collaborative working sessions.
• An understanding of how AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies can enable business transformation and measurable value creation.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to contribute to proposals, client development, and business development activities.
• Ability to coordinate junior team members, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Excellent report writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant business productivity tools.
• A proactive, collaborative, intellectually curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness and ability to travel within Türkiye and internationally when required.
