We currently have an exceptional learning opportunity for Administrative Assistant - Long Term Intern to join our Assurance Team in Istanbul, who will support the operational needs of the Assurance Teams.

What we look for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- Written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good command of Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- High level of motivation and drive to start a career
Your Responsibilities:
- Preparing the relevant documents and reports for signature,
- Tracking of cargo processes,
- Reviewing of documents and sharing them with the relevant parties,
- Performing tasks such as stamping and sealing,
- Assisting in fulfilling requests from Partners,
- Carrying out the necessary reporting
