The opportunity:

This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in enhancing the operational efficiency of our facilities. You will have the chance to implement innovative solutions that promote sustainability and employee wellbeing. Your key responsibilities:

• Ensure the facility is up and running as per the defined standards.
• Manage and supervise the outsourced FM Team and monitor their performance as per the defined KPIs.
• Facilitate and organize in-house and outdoor training and events.
• Coordinate with building management for the common and specific due services as per the contract.
• Inventory management and payments processing.  
• Take initiative and implement measures of HES, employee’s wellbeing and sustainability.

Skills and attributes for success

•            A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in facility operation.

•            A degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

•            Understanding of building maintenance, office management, and space planning.

•            Ability to coordinate with external suppliers and building management effectively

•            Proficiency in handling administrative queries and providing effective solutions

•            Experience in maintaining inventory records and managing office supplies.

Ideally, you’ll also:

•            Resource management

•            Communication and relationship management

•            Organization skills
