Network DLP Analyst
Job Title: Level 2 Network DLP Analyst
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Network DLP Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. This role focuses on safeguarding sensitive data by monitoring and analyzing network traffic with an emphasis on zScaler Network DLP and overall network security controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to network DLP alerts and incidents.
- Configure and fine-tune zScaler Network DLP policies.
- Investigate potential data exfiltration attempts and insider threats.
- Work closely with SOC and IR teams to escalate and remediate network security events.
- Provide guidance for enhancing network DLP policies and controls.
- Maintain documentation of incidents, workflows, and policies.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in DLP and network security monitoring.
- Strong expertise in zScaler Network DLP solutions.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, firewalls, proxies, and IDS/IPS systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Certifications:
- Zscaler Certified Professional
- CompTIA Security+ / CySA+
- GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA)
