Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Demonstrated capability in analyzing client needs and developing tailored technology strategies that drive business transformation. Experience in conducting comprehensive assessments of current technology landscapes to inform strategic recommendations. Proficient in leveraging emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage for clients. Strong understanding of best practices in technology implementation and change management within consulting engagements. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated technology solutions aligned with client goals.

Qualification
- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
- Bachelor of Computer Applications
Experience
Major incident management:
Must Have Skills: Command presence, Communication (written and verbal) and Stakeholder Management, ITIL-aligned ITSM, Major Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Root Cause Investigation, network/server/cloud services working knowledge, CICD knowledge
Nice to Have Skills: ServiceNow ITSM platform, Kanaban/Jira, Confluence, Monitoring and alerting systems (Splunk, PagerDuty), identify/access/authentication systems (Okta, Entra, Sailpoint), AI Agents proficiency, Resiliency/SRE Solutions
