Senior Consultant - Tech Consulting - FS - Java FSD- HYD

EY is looking for a JAVA FSD


Location: HYD, India

Experience Required: 10+ years

 

Requirements: 

• Collaborate with team of full-stack engineers to design and develop software products that transform global mission 

• Leverage modern Javascript frameworks such as Angular.js 

• Engineer application software solutions using application frameworks such as Spring, JQuery, and web application servers such as Tomcat 

• Achieve sprint goals with a team of world-class back-end engineers 

• Solid working experience in Java development skills. 

• Solid understanding of the collections frameworks and components 

• Working experience in developing web services using HTTP REST/JSON  

• Build RESTful APIs for Java web applications 

• Working experience in Oracle SQL and Aurora Global Postgres  

• Object-oriented and service-oriented design concepts, including knowledge of data transfer objects and associated design patterns. 

• Experience with Angular Framework, JavaScript, and CSS. 

• Comprehensive knowledge of Web design patterns and front end technologies like HTML5 and JQuery framework like spring and Spring Boot. 

• Hand-on experience with unit testing and working with continuous integration environment 

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to solicit and formalize requirements and work with end users/customers. 

• Ability to work in a semi-structured environment where requirements and priorities are dynamic. 

• Experience with agile development methodology. 

• Write unit tests to maintain a healthy Java Spring Boot application 

• Good understanding and experience of cloud application design principles (such as micro-services, Azure, AWS etc.) 

Frontend Angular App Development: 50% 

Skills Set: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular, Story book, Jquery, JSON,  

Ability to use JavaScript on the web server (with Node.js) 

Backend Spring boot App Development: 50% 

Skills Set: Java, Node,js, REST API development  

DB: Aurora Postgres SQL  

Tools: GitHub, Jenkins Pipeline 

Qualifications:

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, with an ability to collaborate and influence across teams. Proven experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
