Job Description:Vlocity Communication Cloud Architect/Manager

Experience: 

Total                 : 8+ Years

Relevant           : 4+ Years        

Responsibilities:

• Define technical Solutions based on Project requirements for Vlocity Communication Cloud
• Own the solution, integration components and how they fit into the Salesforce architecture.
• Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
• Responsible for implementing solutions that support business & Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations.
• Development of custom solutions and integrations.
• Review and Approval of technical Design. 
• Participate in Client meetings and discussions 
• Mentor the project team on technical aspects

Knowledge and Skill:

• 6+ years of experience working on Salesforce platforms specifically
  • Hands-on design and Development of Lightning Web Components. .
  • Velocity Communication Cloud Experience. . Hands-on Experience with Vlocity DataRaptor, Vlocity Cards, Vlocity OmniScript, VlocityDX, Vlocity Integration Procedures,
  • Vlocity CPQ is preferred.
• Have the below “Vlocity Certified Platform Developer” & “Salesforce Platform Developer 2”
• Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle market and enterprise size companies
• Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
• Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing)
• Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modelling, and ETL tools
• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
• Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
