Position Name   :   EY- Assurance – Manager - Digital  

 

Position Details   

 

As part of EY GDS Assurance Digital, you will be responsible for implementing innovative ideas through AI research to develop high growth & impactful products.

 

You will be helping EY’s sector and service line professionals by developing analytics enabled solutions, integrating data science activities with business relevant aspects to gain insight from data. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams across the entire region to support global clients.  

 

This is a combination of a technical role and a business development role in AI, responsible for creating innovative solutions by applying AI based techniques for business problems. As our in-house senior AI engineer, your expertise and skills will be vital in our ability to steer one of our Innovation agenda.

Responsibilities

 

  • 10–15 years of experience in Data Governance, AI Governance, Data Management, Risk Management, or related disciplines.
  • Define and implement enterprise-wide Data Governance and AI Governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating models.
  • Engage with business stakeholders, technology teams, risk, compliance, legal, and security functions to establish governance requirements for data and AI initiatives.
  • Drive governance programs across Data Quality, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Master Data Management, Data Security, and Data Privacy.
  • Lead Responsible AI and AI Governance initiatives, including model governance, explainability, transparency, fairness, accountability, and monitoring.
  • Define governance controls for Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics solutions.
  • Establish data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models across business functions.
  • Design and implement data quality frameworks, controls, scorecards, and remediation processes.
  • Work closely with data, analytics, and AI teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct governance maturity assessments and define roadmaps for continuous improvement.
  • Support audit, risk, and regulatory compliance activities related to data and AI systems.
  • Develop governance metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting for leadership teams.
  • Lead governance councils, working groups, and stakeholder forums.
  • Build and mentor high-performing governance teams while driving adoption of governance best practices across the organization.
  • Support business development activities, governance assessments, RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations.

 

Key Requirements / Skills & Qualifications

 

  • Excellent academic background, including at minimum a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of Data Governance frameworks, industry standards, and leading practices.
  • Proven experience implementing enterprise-wide governance programs and operating models.
