Staff Conversational AI Developer -Kore.AI Platform

Job Description:
We are seeking a Staff Conversational AI Developer with extensive experience in designing and implementing chatbot solutions using the Kore.ai platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JavaScript and the ability to write custom logic to enhance chatbot functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of chatbot applications on the Kore.ai platform.
• Write custom JavaScript code for chatbot scripts and integration with backend services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure chatbots meet business needs.
• Test, debug, and refine chatbots to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Keep abreast of the latest conversational AI technologies and trends to incorporate into solutions.
• Provide mentorship and code reviews for junior developers.
• Document development processes and best practices for chatbot design and deployment.
• Analyze user interactions to improve chatbot effectiveness and user engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in chatbot development, with a focus on the Kore.ai platform.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, including experience with asynchronous programming, AJAX, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of NLP and ML techniques in the context of conversational AI.
• Experience with other chatbot platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
• A portfolio demonstrating successful chatbot projects is preferred.
