Role: Data Governance Consultant Experience Guide

The opportunity
Lead enterprise data governance programs by defining governance operating models, policies, standards, ownership frameworks, controls, and compliance-aligned ways of working. Drive adoption of governance practices across business, data, technology, risk, and compliance teams.
Your key responsibilities
- Develop enterprise Data Governance frameworks.
- Define governance operating models, councils, decision rights, and escalation paths.
- Establish data policies, standards, procedures, and governance controls.
- Define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models.
- Drive regulatory compliance, risk management, audit readiness, and governance reporting.
- Define governance KPIs, maturity metrics, scorecards, and adoption tracking mechanisms.
- Support data literacy, stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management.
- Lead governance assessments, roadmap development, and governance program delivery.
