The opportunity

Full Stack Support Engineer responsible to support & maintain .NET based application support projects for our customers across the globe. You will be responsible to understand the application architecture and provide bug fixing for the production issues as per defined SLAs. The deliverables should meet the quality norms defined for the project.

Your key responsibilities

• Knowledge of applying object-oriented and functional programming styles to real-world software engineering problems.
• Should have supported an enterprise level Product with extensive experience in analysing logs, debugging issues & understanding architecture (java based applications), Knowledge of cloud and on-prem solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to triage & resolve Technical production issues
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with good communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of Event Driven Architecture
• Knowledge of applying object-oriented and functional programming styles to real-world software engineering problems.
• Demonstrable understanding of high-quality coding and testing practices.
• Leveraging deep understanding and adoption of Agile software delivery techniques and technologies
• L2/L3 Support Engineer Role to support Enterprise Application by analysing & debugging issues
• Reproduce issues to be able to debug & suggest a fix or workaround
• Work with the Teams to understand the Enterprise solution Architecture
• Stakeholder Management, share weekly reports
• With Business Acumen & be able to engage with the Business Teams
• An appetite to learn new technologies and a drive for continual improvement.

Skills and attributes for success

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficient in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, OOPS concepts, multi-threading, and concurrency
• Hands-on experience with SignalR, PowerBI, Events, Functions, Azure Blobs.
• Hands-on experience with MVC architecture /pattern.
• Experience of modern API technologies and develop API services
• Good knowledge of SOA architecture and experience in creating and exposing services
• Proficient in SQL and RDBMS SQL Server/ Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Exposure to cloud-based application development (Azure/AWS)
• Ability to deep dive into an issue, identify the root cause and propose a solution to the team for further resolution
• Strong OOD, SOA principles and solid hands-on experience in working in scalable, distributed application environments
• Hands-on experience with Devops tools and framework.

Nice to Have:

• Experience building secure, complex, and scalable APIs, from design through deployment
• Experience in Cloud Infrastructure – Webapps, API
• Solid understanding and experience with Logging and Security frameworks
• Hands-on experience in Devops tools and frameworks like Azure Devops, Docker, Kubernetes etc
• To qualify for the role, you must have a sound industry experience of 2 to 5 years
