The opportunity

You will be responsible to develop large and complex web applications architecture, composed of components, standards that govern which how data is represented, arranged, integrated and used by users, including the design, build and documents to address business requirements

You will be responsible Create sound project plans with the business by engaging with multidisciplinary teams, and by identifying, managing and mitigating risk

You will be responsible to develop relationships across the business to understand data requirements, applies deep technical knowledge of data management to solve business problems in areas where solutions may not currently exist, necessitating new solutions / ways of working / technologies and proactively articulating these to the business

You will lead offshore MarTech delivery team with a servant leadership mindset, fostering collaboration, empowerment, and growth across teams. This strategic leadership role drives the vision and execution of Omni-Channel, real-time, hyper-personalized experiences leveraging Adobe technologies, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and AWS. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, technical expertise, and operational excellence to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and business growth while prioritizing team development and stakeholder success.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute the MarTech platform strategy to enable personalized, data-driven customer engagement.
  • Drive innovation through GenAI, automation tools, and emerging technologies to reduce manual work, optimize TCO, and enhance client experience.
  • Oversee Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Target, AEP CDP and other Adobe technologies for scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
  • Ensure robust AWS cloud integration for platform scalability and resilience.
  • Manage end-to-end platform lifecycle, including engineering, deployment, and operational excellence.
  • Champion product-led agile methodologies for iterative, value-driven delivery.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with business outcomes.
  • Lead a diverse team of people leaders and senior individual contributors.
  • Manage onshore-offshore delivery models and strategic vendor partnerships to ensure seamless execution.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, department heads, and global stakeholders to align MarTech initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities effectively to senior leadership.

 

Skills and attributes for success

  • Hands-on experience with AEM, SFMC, Adobe Target, AEP CDP and other Adobe MarTech tools.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and integration patterns.
  • Proven track record in strategic leadership roles managing large-scale MarTech programs.
  • Experience in onshore-offshore delivery models, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Deep understanding of agile frameworks and product-led delivery principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage GenAI and automation tools to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
  • Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams in designing, developing, testing, and implementing advanced marketing and cloud technologies.
  • Drive successful outcomes and departmental OKRs through strong collaboration with US IT leaders. Ensure seamless integration of MarTech platforms with enterprise applications, leveraging deep technical expertise.
  • Manage hybrid and global teams with clear and concise communication, balancing technical and non-technical perspectives.

 

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 12+ years of experience in MarTech platform engineering and operations.
  • 8+ of MarTech Adobe platform experience. 5+ year as people leader.
  • Experience in enterprise-scale personalization and data-driven marketing.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Provide guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Works closely with management to develop and implement staffing and operational plans.
  • Effectively leverages various staffing options and manages a global workforce. Participates in the development of short and long term department goals. Monitors and reports on service delivery metrics and overall performance.
  • Develops and implements changes to department policies and procedures to meet changing business needs and to achieve department objectives
  • Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and evaluates and recommends appropriate strategies and technologies for building products and delivering services.
  • Leads quality initiatives to improve the delivery of service levels. Works with senior management in the planning, development, and execution of short and long range goals
  • Presents status, metrics, and department initiatives at meetings with management and project peers. Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to provide long-term collaborations and deliver successful business outcomes.
  • Reviews expenses and ensures department operates within budgetary guidelines. Leads the strategy and execution to build, buy, and integrate business technology solutions.
  • Identifies and mitigates risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manages relationships with external vendors and third-party service providers to ensure quality and timely project deliverables.

  • Responsible for delivering software releases relating to the product for the business units, managing the testing, evaluation, and selection of IT vendor products. Works with business clients to determine scope, and develops environmental requirements for each project.
  • Ensures staff complies with information technology and information security policies and procedures, and verifies that deliverables meet requirements.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
  • Participates in the development of the department budget.
  • Oversees end-to-end IT project planning and execution to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Leads the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring timely and effective implementation of IT initiatives.
