• Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.
• Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80,000+ professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina, China, Hungary, India, Philippines, Poland, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Spain and the United Kingdom.
• Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and customization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Aura.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and enhance applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Build Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, LWC, and Aura components.
• Write optimized and scalable SOQL/SOSL queries.
• Perform Salesforce configuration based on business requirements.
• Participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Assist with testing plans, documentation, and end-user training.
• Mentor junior developers and support development environment setup.
• Provide technical assistance, bug fixes, enhancements, and how-to support.
• -Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud • Develop and maintain Visualforce pages • Perform Salesforce administration including org setup, user management, profiles, roles, and security • Create custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflows, approvals, validation rules, and flows • Configure and maintain reports and dashboards • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions • Provide technical support during deployment and post-go-live Required Qualifications • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience with strong Service Cloud expertise • Visualforce development experience • Strong Salesforce configuration and administration skills Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills • Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions • Familiarity with OmniStudio and OmniScript • Strong analytical and communication skill

Skills and attributes for success

• 4–8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Aura.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and governor limits.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL.
• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Certifications:

Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)

Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
