The opportunity
#O&G
At EY Consulting, we are building a better working world by transforming businesses through the power of people, technology, and innovation. Our clients are at the heart of what we do. We’re focused on solving the key issues of our client buyers, building deeper relationships, and generating lasting value with significant impact.
Our firm sets the standard for consulting services, fostering an environment that encourages career ownership at every stage. As a part of our team, you'll be at the forefront of this dynamic service line, driving change and delivering solutions that revolutionize business operations. You’ll help our clients in transformation and innovation efforts: driving growth, reducing costs, and building future-ready organizations.
Your key responsibilities
EY’s Transformation Architecture and Delivery (TAD) practice offers a dynamic career path for professionals passionate about solving complex business, technology, and engineering challenges. As a Senior, you’ll help Oil & Gas and energy clients deliver transformation initiatives and capital project programs across the full asset lifecycle, contributing to architecture frameworks, program management, project controls, and value realization. You'll have the opportunity to build your career across TAD Business and TAD Technology Strategy teams based on your strengths and interests.
TAD Business: Partner with Oil & Gas and energy clients to plan and deliver capital programs and transformation initiatives through TMO/PMO frameworks, including stage-gate (FEL/FEED) governance, EPC and contractor oversight, and project controls (cost, schedule, risk, earned value). You’ll apply Agile and Waterfall methods, shape CAPEX governance and business cases, and drive value realization from project sanction through commissioning and handover.
TAD Technology Strategy: Help Oil & Gas and energy clients align technology investments with business and capital project priorities. You’ll design technology operating models, optimize cost and sourcing, support M&A integration, and enable engineering data, asset information management, digital twins, and integrated project controls platforms to improve capital efficiency and asset performance.
Industry sectors
Our practice serves clients across industries, with a focus on Oil & Gas (upstream, midstream, and downstream), Power & Utilities, Chemicals, and other capital-intensive sectors.

To qualify for the role, you must have

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial skills with an agile, execution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on client needs (65 – 80%)
