Help clients transform risk functions and support implementing technology solutions that enables risk management and governance. Focus on Oracle application risk and controls and technology enablement, to manage client engagement teams. Assist clients in integrating security and controls into technology platforms with business processes to enhance visibility, automate manual processes, and improve reporting of risk and compliance metrics. Conduct controls testing, including sensitive access, segregation of duties, configuration and continuous monitoring using Oracle technologies. Perform risk assessments and control gap analyses across Oracle ERP environments to document and test preventive and detective application controls. Design, configure, and implement Oracle Risk Management Cloud modules such as Advanced Financial Controls and Advanced Access Controls to support enterprise risk, audit, and compliance functions. Develop and maintain risk and control frameworks aligned with regulatory and organizational requirements. Advise on process and control improvements by assessing, designing, and deploying Oracle application security and controls. Collaborate with client stakeholders to define security and controls requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Lead workshops and training sessions to educate client teams on Oracle security and controls capabilities. Monitor and report on implementation progress, risks, and issues to internal and client leadership, ensuring compliance with firm methodologies and regulatory standards throughout delivery. 

Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Management information Systems (MIS), or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Management information Systems (MIS), or a related field and 4 years of related work experience. 
 
Must have 4 years of technical experience in the assessment, design, and implementation of controls, security, and IT risk solutions. 
 
Must have 3 years of experience in one of the following: 
•   Oracle business processes such as one or a combination of any of the following: purchase-to-pay, record-to-report, or order-to-cash user provisioning and change management processes;  
•    Internal controls within and around Oracle Applications; OR 
•   Oracle application security design and configuration. 
  
Must have 3 years of experience in controls testing including sensitive access and segregation of duties. 
 
Must have 2 years of experience in Oracle security and controls tools including Risk Management & Compliance module, Advanced Controls, and Access Governance. 
 
Must have 2 years of experience in implementing Oracle security and controls solutions to support audit, compliance, and risk management functions. 
 
Must have 2 years of experience in integrating Oracle security and controls solutions with ERP platforms such as Oracle Cloud or Oracle EBS. 
 
Must have 1 year of project management experience of Oracle risk technology implementations, including scope, timing, resource allocation and performance. 
 
Must have 2 years of experience in developing risk and control matrices and performing control gap assessments. 
 
Must have 1 year of experience supervising Oracle technology professionals. 
 
Travel is required up to 80%, of which 25% may be international to serve client needs.
