As an SAP Analytics Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving technology transformation initiatives that align with our strategic goals and deliver tangible outcomes. You will lead both technical and non-technical teams, managing complex projects from inception to successful completion. Your leadership will be pivotal in integrating project and program delivery methodologies to guide your team through the intricacies of technical project management.
Your key responsibilities
In this role, you will ensure the successful management and delivery of technology solutions, with a focus on quality and effective risk management. Innovation and continuous improvement are at the heart of your responsibilities, as you utilize research, analysis, and best practices to propose business solutions and enhancements. You will also be accountable for the performance of your staff, providing mentorship and leveraging your deep expertise to oversee multiple complex initiatives.

- Mentor and manage a team, overseeing multiple complex technical projects
Skills and attributes for success
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of technology. Additionally, you should possess:
- Proven ability to initiate requirements gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, and delivery oversight across multiple data and analytics workstreams.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective, scalable solutions.
- Strong ability to develop solutions for complex problems and recommend policy changes.
- Autonomy in planning and scheduling, with work reviewed upon completion.
- Experience leading workshops, providing clear direction and feedback, and conducting formal assessments or reviews.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to support business development efforts, drive client value, and contribute to revenue growth.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Typically, 4 - 6 years of relevant SAP Analytics experience, including full‑cycle implementations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business Warehouse (BW), BW/4HANA, Datasphere, BDC, SAP Analytics Cloud, and HANA.
- Experience supporting SAP Analytics and hybrid architectures, including BDC-based solutions.
- Strong client-facing skills, including relationship management, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation.
- Experience leading SAP data or analytics workstreams and managing project-based teams.
- Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and industry-specific finance and technology advisory services.
- Ability to research and assess emerging regulations, industry trends, and technologies.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to resolving client analytics challenges
- A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Demonstrated ability to identify, shape, and pursue additional client service or engagement opportunities.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and leading data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or MicroStrategy.
- Relevant certifications in SAP and project or team leadership.

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,800 to $261,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,400 to $297,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
- Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
