Business Performance - TDE - Oil and Gas Sector - Manager
Job description
Business Performance – TD&E Oil and Gas - Project and Program Delivery - Manager
The energy landscape is rapidly changing as our clients seek to define and adopt new models for responding to the market. Our clients are actively seeking to transform themselves into nimble, globally integrated operations. These organizations recognize that their ability to drive internal change is itself a competitive advantage. In this environment, EY is rapidly seeking to grow our local, energy industry-serving team.
As part of our Transformation Design and Execution (TDE) team, you will work with the senior leadership teams in our key accounts to structure and implement change, as well as creating the capability within our clients to drive change. You will merge your domain experience with program management knowledge to implement and embed improvements and deliver sustainable value.
The Oil & Gas Transformation Design & Execution practice @ EY provides a rewarding career opportunity, targeted toward becoming a professional in the business and technology of energy. If you have a passion for rallying together to solve the most complex challenges in today’s energy marketplace, come join our dynamic TD&E team!
The opportunity
Our clients are seeking and hiring a new type of Transformation Design expert – one who can integrate a background in energy with the delivery and success of their programs; someone who can talk both the language of consulting and of engineering. Our client stakeholders expect a consultant with strong engineering or process industry experience. Traditional consulting vendors often cannot provide the focused services that our energy clients now demand.
Our insights and capabilities across all portfolio levels in planning, analysis and delivery are integrated into our core offerings, differentiating our services from more traditional program management.
We are not just a ‘Strategy House.’ We pride ourselves on our ability to provide a full, integrated service: strategy definition, execution, and creating the feedback loop from execution back into definition.
As a Project and Program Manager specialized in Business Performance within the field of Transformation Architecture and Delivery, you will be at the forefront of designing and executing projects that align with our strategic goals. Your expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies will drive project success, ensuring timelines, costs, and quality are managed effectively.
