Talent – MPF Administrator (HR Officer)

Responsibilities:

  • Support our Finance Department in managing full payroll cycle for all Hong Kong and Macau employees
  • Coordinate data collection; review and administrate Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) enrollment, contribution, termination and associated process to ensure accurate and timely payment to trustee
  • Handle employees’ tax filing
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to address compensation related questions
  • Maintain up-to-date staff records in HR database
  • Perform general HR operations duties including preparation of employment certification letters, background check, work visa renewal, vendor payment etc.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required

 

 Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder preferably in Human Resource Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in sizable company
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF Scheme Regulations, and other HR related laws
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detailed-minded and well-organized
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to multi-task under tight timeline
  • Proficiency in HRIS is preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
