Your key responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver the wider Service Line Talent strategy aligned to regional/global priorities
  • Facilitate change and support the implementation and successful adoption of projects and initiatives on the Region or Area/Global Talent agenda
  • Contribute to workforce planning activities in terms of understanding capability, skills development, pipeline within the Service Line
  • Collaborate with Talent Development to support in the identification of High Performers (HiPos), management of their long-term talent pipeline and retention strategies
  • Use data analytics to provide insight on trends, potential areas for concern and to create and inform solutions
  • Build and maintain influential relationships with business leaders, working closely with them to co-develop solutions to meet their business needs
  • Influence and Coach the local Leadership team to drive change and support the implementation and successful adoption of projects and initiatives on the Region or Area/Global Talent agenda
  • Remain aware of HR trends to inform decision making and build case for change
  • Collaborate with DE&I and Total Reward Leaders to provide input as needed to recognition programs and other initiatives that promote diversity, health and well-being

 

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience of working as a HR Business partner in a large multi-national organisation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in different business units
  • Ability to navigate an organisation and collaborate with others to solve problems
  • Ability to prioritise work demands and drive desired outcomes while maintaining a work and life balance
  • Proven track record of handling a large volume of data and providing insights to the business
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
