The opportunity


Nurturing our people with lavish opportunities in developing and unleashing their knowledge and experience, Talent Development team of Talent Department is recruiting a bright person to fill up the position of Learning Deployment Specialist – Associate.   Without limiting to the key responsibilities as outlined below, this person is expected to deploy high quality learning programs by unlocking the wealth of our learning and knowledge database to benefit our people leading to the success of their career at EY.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement learning programs across the Greater China region
  • Communicate and meet with business stakeholders, learning champions, facilitators, participants and external vendors in implementing the learning programs
  • Execute guidance for proper deployment of high quality online and physical learning programs
  • Manage robust arrangement for milestones events, as and when required
  • Prepare and monitor the budgets of the learning programs
  • Design, develop and maintain the learning portals
  • Oversee, compile and track the progress of the online learning programs
  • Analyze learning data and provide reports to the management
  • Maintain the best practice learning documentation


To qualify for the role, you must have

  • At least 1 years of relevant working experience in learning department
  • Pragmatic analytical mind to provide solutions to business needs
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Positive, mature, teaming, well organized and detail-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in oral and written presentation skills, in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Experience in Alteryx, PowerBi, UiPath or RPA tool (an advantage)
