As a workspace technology support, you will be frontline support for our end-users and visitors on our office technology facilities.

The opportunity
The right candidate will have a great start at EY on modern workplace style as well as will experience different kinds of smart office technologies. It is a good opportunity to explore any latest even upcoming new products for office facility.
Your key responsibilities
- Provide onsite support and stand by for any conference and event not limited to non-office hours and EY office
- Support and maintenance all office IT/AV facilities in a good condition
- Ensuring onsite/online events run smoothly by providing the single point of contact for issue management and resolution.
- Handling AV to operate, troubleshoot and interact with respective vendors and internal teams.
- Accomplish any ad hoc task from team lead
Skills and attributes for success
- Good communication skill in English and Mandarin
- Good customer service mindset and with Can-Do attitude
- Willing to learn a new thing and embrace change in a dynamic working environment
- Troubleshooting skill on any issues
- Can work independence without supervising
To qualify for the role you must have
- University graduate in computer science, management information systems or related field.3 years above relevant work experience
- Knowledge on IT and AV
- Knowledge of ITIL process.
- Good problem solving and analytical approach to identify issues and solutions.
- Experience with Windows laptop, networking, NAS, touch screen technology.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- iOS and Android Support
