EY requires a professional who will take responsibility for driving, supporting and delivering a diverse set of Operations/Financial activities and projects for the Greater China business. The position will work closely with key members of GC Leadership team including but not limited to the Service Line Leader and other support functions to ensure the successful implementation and execution of Operations/Financial projects and programs.

 

 

Job Description:

Financial Management Interface

  • Monitor, analyze and articulate financial performance issues;
  • Prepare regular Budgeting, Forecast and Planning
  • Initiate short and long terms programs to support the business in addressing structural and/or market issues that are impacting financial performance;

 

Operational Project Planning, Implementation & Support

  • Projects in scope likely to fall within change management, setting and enforcing robust operational and financial controls, and identification of efficiencies;
  • Project responsibilities will vary from ‘end to end’ responsibility to project management support to project team member;
  • Establish formal project plans, protocols and governance procedures for a range of projects and programs;

 

 

Job requirements:

Bachelor degree above, 5-8 years working experience;

PBFA experience, CPA qualification and Audit experience are a plus.

Experienced in working directly with partners and senior executives, and able to influence at all levels and obtain commitments to action;

Self-starter; able to work with limited supervision, to juggle conflicting demands and to prioritize work effectively;

Extroverted characters and willing to take the challenges;

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail;

Proactive, analytical, flexible and confident.

 

Communication:

  • A committed team player with good interpersonal and communication skills ;
  • Excellent presentation skill (both Chinese/English written and oral);
  • Good Chinese/English, someone with overseas education/living experience will be an advance;
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
