Job Summary:

The Business Analyst for EY Greater China (GC) will work with EY senior leadership to directly support the internal business analysis, compliance control, process management, and other strategic initiatives enhancing our business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

The Business Enablement Senior Associate role is responsible for the following activities:

 

  • Collect and analyse complex business data and produce insightful analysis to assist leadership on decision-making
  • Prepare various reports and analyses to track business performance across the Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Perform internal process compliance and control, and risk assessment
  • Identify any issues/risks from the current process, and construct practical solutions
  • Track business transformation module progress
  • Communicate with and support other corporate functions
  • Ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the senior leadership

 

 

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

Language Skills:

  • Language capability, fluent written and verbal in English and Mandarin is required (Cantonese is a plus)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, or other related field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in consulting or in a related analytical role
  • Demonstrated experience working with different stakeholders with competing needs
  • Comfortable in international and diverse environments

Technical knowledge

  • Experienced in MS Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc)
  • Working knowledge of MS SharePoint
  • Ability to learn application of software and implement it as a solution
  • Ability to work across several EY tools and technology
