Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to Partners, Executive Directors, Directors, and team members
  • Schedule meetings and events, liaise with other departments and handle correspondences
  • Maintain accurate and organized files for fast and convenient retrieval
  • Assist in business travel, visa applications, hotel accommodations, transportation arrangements, and related matters
  • Process expenses claims, reimbursement matters, billing, invoices and prepare various business reports
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 

Qualifications, Education and Certification

To Qualify, candidates must have:

  • Diploma holder or above with an understanding of administrative and secretarial duties
  • Minimum of 3 years of secretarial experience, preferably gained from multinational companies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
  • Ability to work independently, detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Ability to meet deadlines and willingness to work overtime when required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
