Join our Core Business Services (CBS) team and you will help support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Our ESS professionals span a wide range of vital roles, from administrative support to facilities management, creative design, tax return processing, file management and emergency preparedness.

Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the materials in computer library included but not limited to books, magazines, documents, categorization, samples and photos
  • Assist users to quote and handle publications subscription and renewal
  • Handle the distribution of newspapers, magazines and loose-leafs
  • Prepare various reports & notices for executives review
  • Follow up the payment process & reimbursement
  • Perform checking on announcement, IPO and exchange rate to regularly update system and the executives
  • Update the master database, including commodities price, deposit rates, interbank rates
  • Coordinate with Procurement Team on vendor management
  • Coordinate with IT developers to support technology issues
     
    To qualify for the role you must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree holder or above, with minimum three years of relevant working experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, Access & Outlook
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
