Consulting - Technology Transformation Microsoft D365 Technical Lead – Senior – Hong Kong

Combination of enabling capabilities and direct offerings for the CIO and CTO buyers encompassing IT Strategy, IT Operating Model Design & IT Function Transformation and Enterprise Architecture.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for technical leading and managing system implementation developer team on Microsoft D365 modules, including Finance and Operations, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Customer Insights.
  • Ensure that project milestones / goal are met and achieved according to the project plan
  • Evaluate and recommend changes / modification to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs.
  • Lead development team in full projects life cycle, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, system design specifications, data conversion, implementation, SIT, UAT and rollout
  • Provide training and guidance to developers
  • Understand and analyse issues and challenges facing the clients from strategy formulation to day-to-day operations.
  • Understand the current situation of clients, designing the transformation roadmap, and executing the end-to-end implementation while collaborating with our technology and people consultants.
  • Provide consulting services in the overall transformation of our clients’ business, such as enterprise and functional innovation, operational performance and risk transformations, digital strategy and planning, rapid profit transformation.
  • A requirement to develop individual approaches and techniques for each client will help you maximize the potential.

 

What We Look For

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related
  • 4 year’s work experience in Microsoft D365 project in which over 2 years in team lead role
  • Experience with Microsoft D365 and system development life cycle
  • Experience in Python, SQL and C# is a plus
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Azure, Power BI or Power Platform is a plus
  • Ability to communicate clearly with various business users on project tasks and status
  • Good excellent interpersonal and communication skills team player
  • Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong in collaboration, analytical, teamwork and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or international graduate who is eligible for employment in Hong Kong
