  • Participate in margin improvement / business transformation engagements in cross industry sectors in supply chain, procurement and business operating models
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client management
  • Participate in business development initiatives
  • Manage multiple stakeholder groups / change management
  • Build strong internal relationships within EY Advisory Services and with other services across the organization
  • Assist project manager on client projects, highlight and update management teams on different milestones and issues arisen during the process


To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 3+ years of experience preferably in leading consulting / professional services firms or as internal project leader for industry practitioner (consulting experience is essential)
  • Experience in leading power & utilities companies is preferable
  • Proven project management experience is required
  • Capabilities of general business process and organizational framework redesign and mapping, functional and technical requirements formulation, client communication and change management is preferable
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with both management and clients
  • Excellent supervisory, analytical, organizational, and leadership ability
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese is required. Mandarin is a plus.
