The opportunity
The Technology Consulting Team focuses on helping EY clients solve complex strategic, organization, operational and technological challenges. Through a broad scope of engagements, mentoring and formal learning, you will develop your career and be responsible for working directly with clients to understand their challenges and communicate and present EY solutions, helping manage engagement teams and participating in business development activities.

Your key responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to translate business visions into appropriate solution design
• Responsible for solution blueprint and roadmap
• Responsible for customer success and deliver good business values for clients
• Lead development teams and vendors to define guiding principles, standards and best practices.
• Lead development teams and vendors to ensure solution delivery in accordance with the architecture principles and standards

Requirements

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Degree holder in Computer Science / Information systems / Software Engineering disciplines
• Over 3 years of previous work experience in a consulting practice, Financial Services industry (Insurance or Bank), and/or start up in at least one of the following areas: Digital transformation, technology strategy and solution development
• Sound architecture design skills covering application, infrastructure, data and integration
• Hands on experience and knowledge in API design standards, Microservices, integration platform design and implementation
• Knowledge in Microsoft Azure
• Good understanding and experience in Project Delivery and Operation Approaches including Agile and DevOps
• Experience on projects involving one of the following technologies is a plus: RPA UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow or Pega
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data, investigate and identify core issues and root causes, and evaluate and design solutions
• Proven Project Management or Business Analysis or System Analysis experience with a track record on working with complex business transformation programs
• Passion in solving problems with new technologies and approaches
• Working knowledge of cloud architecture and enterprise solutions highly desire
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, with proficient verbal and written presentation skills
