The opportunity

 

The Resource Management Associate is responsible for driving an environment that enables our people to connect to the experiences which enrich their lives and careers.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Business Partnering – strategically partner with our leaders and stakeholders to manage key relationships within and across accounts/sectors/domain talent pools to develop and direct an experience management agenda that aligns with our business’s goals
  • Experience/Talent Pool Management – connecting with our cohorts and developing individual capability and personal brand through coaching, empowering our people, and connecting them to the right networks or career experiences
  • Opportunity and demand management – ensuring seamless connectivity between pursuit teams and our available talent. Strategic understanding of future capability needs and proactively addressing gaps
  • Change leadership and management - drive behavior change and hold ourselves and others accountable to optimize business performance and employee engagement
  • Data Insights to drive change – use our data, tools and systems to recognize and understand XM trends, create insights, and develop recommendations for our leaders
  • Agile and Continuous improvement – support and engage in agile and innovative ways of working to drive creative solutions to our business’s challenges. Collaborate with diverse teams from different areas of our business to tap into their knowledge
  • Forecast and Leakage Management – ubiquitous and accurate use of key enablers and data quality to ensure a reliable Advisory wide forecast
  • Priorities and manage - competing stakeholder interests and deadlines to ensure delivery of core XM business partnering
  • Courage – being unafraid to innovate, challenge the norm, and drive internal change

 

To qualify for the role you must have 

  • Experience with talent development, resource management and/or supply & demand management within professional services or B2B environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance or a related discipline

 

Ideally, you’ll also have 

  • Passion for employee experience, coaching, and supporting others
  • Strong communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates personal leadership and accountability
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude and strong personal integrity
  • A strong team player, including the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese. Mandarin will be a plus
