Consulting-Digital Transformation (Business Analytics)-Senior Consultant/Manager(Banking)-HK

The opportunity

Digitization has had a disruptive impact on banks' core business operations. As a digital transformation consultant, you will apply your analytical skills to translate the digital strategies of leading organizations into meaningful change. By working in a high-performance team, you will assist clients to develop an overall strategy for digital transformation, promote the implementation of specific transformation initiatives, and review the results of transformation through quantifiable appraisal tools and develop corresponding optimization plans.

Your key responsibilities

• Help clients to solve enterprise-wide development issues by strategizing, redesigning organizations, transforming operations and processes, and improving business performance
• Work closely with clients to deconstruct the digital transformation plan layer by layer down to the most granular action plan
• Assist clients in digital transformation project management (PMO), establish target line and baseline, dynamically evaluate transformation effectiveness, and propose optimization suggestions
• Provide clients with high-quality delivery and explore potential business opportunities

Skills and attributes for success

• Ability to think creatively and deliver well-structured solutions
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in Mandarin and English. Cantonese is a plus

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A master’s degree or above
• Over five years of working experience in financial institutions or consulting companies; responsible for or participated in digital transformation or strategy planning projects in the banking industry
• Familiar with methodologies or solutions related to digital transformation, strategy planning, project management, customer journey and open platform
• Willing to travel
