Consulting – Consulting Quality Manager – Hong Kong

The opportunity

Consulting Quality is seeking a high performing Manager with client-serving experience to join our Consulting Quality team in Greater China on a full-time basis. This is a significant opportunity to be at the centre of helping grow our Consulting practice to meet our strategic objectives.

Your key responsibilities

• Be inspired by Next Wave: Consulting Strategy and Transformation Realized, support and interact with Consulting Partners and other client servicing professionals across Greater China on a daily basis to manage technical, reputational and commercial risks
• Support and work with the rest of the Quality teams within Greater China on consultations, learning and regional Quality initiatives etc
• Develop deep understanding of the issues and complexities impacting the Consulting business as we progress on our growth journey
• Manage initiatives and work behind the scenes to improve processes and impact positively on service delivery
• Support the execution of global, area and regional initiatives
• Drive and embed exceptional client service and delivery excellence as part of Next Wave: Consulting strategy

Requirements

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Conversant in conversations in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Understanding of services delivered across Business Consulting and Technology Consulting will be beneficial
• Experience in IT implementation, business / program and/or risk transformation will be beneficial
• Knowledgeable and/or technically experienced in Consulting and Firm-wide policies, processes and systems
• Equip with strong professional sceptical mindset   
• Strong skills of stakeholder management and ability to work with senior stakeholders across Consulting
• Proactive and strategic business thinker and problem solver
• Confident and self-motivated individual with good communication and teaming skills (must be conversant in Cantonese, Mandarin and English)
• Familiarity with the principles of risk and quality management, recognising commonly recurring situations and the ability to deal with issues on a consistent, pragmatic and efficient manner and the ability to recognise when further consultation is required
• Relevant professional qualification or experience
