Your key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Business and Finance Transformation engagements, which involves looking at companies’ internal finance and accounting (and/or procurement) processes and advising on solutions around creating efficient process or improving existing processes
• Drive process innovation and digital transformation in the client’s organization
• Partner with cross functional teams on the project planning and implementation efforts
• Draw out requirements from client’s finance and procurement teams and translate them into tangible user stories for delivery.
• Implement change management in line with project plan

Requirements

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Degree holder with at least 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in a finance transformation, ideally with consultancy
• Good knowledge in core finance domains including but not limited to budgeting, month end closing, consolidation, AP, AR, fixed asset management
• Ideally with knowledge in procurement domain
• CPA designation and in-house Finance function experience is an advantage
• Knowledge in Real Estate sector is an advantage
• Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
