CBS – Talent Development and Learning – Program Manager

 

This role will manage a portfolio of Assurance learning courses and will work along with our talent development consultants on some firmwide learning courses across all service lines in EY Greater China. 

 

Assurance Learning Program Manager

  • Serve as a learning consultant to understand business and learning requirements. Partner with learning partners and managers to assess and define learning and development needs.
  • Coordinate design / delivery / evaluation of assurance curriculum. Promote consistent learning standards and ensure quality of learning solutions.
    • Facilitate the design process, partnering with subject matter experts and other resources as appropriate. Identify and review courses/products/materials/technology which are relevant to the practice.
    • Design, and/or coordinate the design of, high quality learning interventions in a variety of delivery environments (e-Learning, instructor led, virtual classroom)
    • Collect and analyze course evaluation from various sources and identify ways for improvement.
  • Monitor the production of learning materials and the distribution and completion of pre-work activities for course
  • Coach others in delivering/instructing effective learning interventions

 

Firmwide Learning consultants

  • Support milestones and key learning events across Greater China
  • Work closely with our leadership development consultants to support the deployment of the firmwide development initiatives and programs.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of current learning by compiling and assessing evaluation data
  • Provide feedback for internal and external facilitators and course amendments where necessary
  • Act as a change agent and role model to identify and promote new methods and techniques in learning design, delivery and administration so as to achieve the high-quality learning interventions in a variety of delivery environments (e-Learning, instructor led, virtual classroom)
  • Liaise and manage relationship with external vendors

 

Experiences, qualifications and personal qualities:

  • University graduate with minimum 6 years of related working experience
  • Ideally with experience in course designing, delivery, facilitation and evaluation.
  • Experience of Digital GAM and Helix is preferred.
  • Ability to provide pragmatic solutions to business needs.
  • Demonstrate progressive learning techniques using digital tools and learning models supporting a hybrid learning and working environment.
  • Excellent team player and active listener with the ability to respond to and develop the ideas of others.
  • Sophisticated relationship-builder, credible, influential and professional with senior leaders.
  • Strong track record in execution of L&D interventions is preferred.
  • Project management skills, plan and prioritize work, meet deadlines.
  • Experience of supervising staff and managing relationships with external suppliers.
